ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
After being based in Israel’s southern region for many
years, Balsam decided to return to his home area in the
north, and to open an Aroma branch in the Northern
Galilee. After much research, he chose the Koach Junction
as the location: it has high visibility on a main highway,
with easy access and generous parking facilities, including
convenient parking for tour buses.
The new branch opened in June 2012, with floor space of
around 280 square meters. The branch operates from 7
a.m. to 11 p.m. and employs 15 people. The branch serves
both local residents and tourists who are passing through
the Northern Galilee; the level of activity at the branch is
progressing well.
Balsam would like to express his
appreciation of the contribution made by
the UJA Federation of New York Loan Fund
for Israel to the opening, and success, of the
new branch.
