ENTREPRENEUR’S BACKGROUND:
Vaclav made aliyah in 1994, served in the IDF and, after his
release, worked at various industrial plants in the north of
Israel. In 1999 he studied at Wingate College and obtained a
fitness club trainer’s certificate.
After completing his studies he began to work in physical training and managing fitness clubs, in exclusive neighborhoods
of Haifa, and also at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He also managed a fitness club in Afulla and worked
as a personal trainer. At the same time, he served as a security team head at a company that provided security services
for clubs.
Between 2002 and 2006 he managed an independent fitness club in Afulla, together with a partner, until the partnership
ended. Meanwhile, he took various courses at Wingate College, in personal training and sport.
