Since establishing the resturant a professional staff of 8
          permanent personnel (and 3 part  time) was assembled
          and the place is open on Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 2 p.m.
          until the last customer leaves. The warm atmosphere and
          tasty food have had the desired effect, and the restaurant
          has a large number of regular diners, and garners good
          write ups from reviewers.
          Following  the  increase  in  demand,  particularly  on
          weekends,  the  entrepreneurs  have  added  seating  for
          around 20 more people outside.



















                                                                         Lili and Lea are very appreciative of the
                                                                         Western Galilee Fund's contribution to the
                                                                         opening of the special new restaurant and
                                                                         say that, without the loan, they would have
                                                                         found it difficult to establish the business in
                                                                         the best possible way.
