kitchen in the Talpiyot industrial area, providing catering
services. When Lilach decided they were ready to get
back into the café-restaurant market, Tal joined them as
operating and kitchen manager. Together they opened
a location in City Center in 2012, and once again offered
delicious sandwiches, as well as special quiches, with
different flavor combinations offered each day. The menu
includes pastas, muffins, salads, and the like.
Once again, Shraga’s attracts many repeat customers,
who return again and again for the delicious food. The
premises are carefully designed in a minimalist style, and
the store is known for its great attention to detail in all its
products and customer services, both in the café and in
          the catering service.

Today, Tal plans to leave the partnership to work on other
projects, but Lilach and Nir will continue to manage
Shraga’s together, “just like the old days.”
