          ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
          The history of Shraga’s begins in 1998 when Nir, Lilach’s
          partner, opened it in its original location on Derech
          Bet Lechem in Jerusalem. (Nir chose the name because
          “shraga”  means “candle” in  Aramaic.)  Over  the  years  it
          built a reputation as the best sandwich place in the city
          and became a Jerusalem icon, thanks to its tasty and eye-
          pleasing  sandwiches.  Shraga’s  offered  quality  products
          combined in enticing ways, enhancing  the culinary
          experience from eating “just another sandwich” to having “the sandwich.” Customers came in droves and Shraga’s was
          a popular, busy place.
          Due to bureaucratic problems, Nir closed the location on Derech Bet Lechem, but hoped to “make a big comeback”
          somewhere else. Lilach became his partner in business as well as in life, and together they started out with a small
