opted for music studies. After losing touch for about 7
years during which Amir became religious and started a
family and Yaron cultivated his musical career Yaron got
back in touch with Amir and told him he had started to
brew beer at home. Since then they have been together
on an intoxicating pursuit of beer and the special flavors
they produce.
ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
Amir and Yaron began brewing beer together and distributed the brew to relatives and friends for tasting. After they
received positive responses, they decided to explore the field more thoroughly, increased their knowledge of the brewing
process, and learned about the vast range of flavors and recipes.
They then decided to formalize the idea and to establish a boutique micro-brewery where they would prepare the
beers based on the recipes they developed. The brewery opened at Zanoach, near Bet Shemesh, where Amir lives.
