ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
Haya bought the kindergarten in Givat Shmuel, with
all the contents, but had to carry out renovations and
to purchase new equipment and accessories. The
kindergarten provides a solution for children from the age
of four months and up to the age of 3, and is divided into
3 kindergarten classes based on the different age groups.
The premises have a well-equipped games facility and a
jamboree and sports room for the children.
The kindergarten operates from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Three
assistants and two more kindergarten teachers work
there, as well as a regular cook who is responsible for the
children's nutrition. The place is clean, pleasant and well-
equipped, and has a large public space.
In the first year there were 33 children registered at the
kindergarten and as of the begining of 2016-17 school
year the kindergarden accommodates 60 children!
Haya is ably supported by her husband Shlomo, a teacher,
who is responsible for the logistical and financial aspects
of the business.
Haya would like to thank the UJA Federation
of New York for its help with acquiring and
developing the kindergarten. Without the
loan, her dream of embarking on her own
exciting path could not have happened.
