ENTREPRENEURS’ BACKGROUND:
Gil attended Rupin High School and completed 12 years’ schooling in 1993. After high school he joined the IDF and served
as a combat soldier in the elite Maglan unit. During his army service he took a number of prestigious courses, including
radar, parachuting, sharpshooting and combat driving instruction. He completed his military duty in 1996 and worked
at various jobs.
In 2006 he opened a guest accommodation business at Moshav Sdeh Zvi. In 2008 he founded an NPO for advancing
education in the northern Negev which included establishing an environmental studies and arts school at Sdeh Zvi.
Tal attended Rupin High School where, in fact, she met her future husband. At one stage her family moved to Spain for
three years, on shlichut, and she returned to Israel straight into 12th grade. After high school Tal joined the army and took
on an important role in the Intelligence Corps. After the army she worked at Tut Communications Ltd. for about 6 years,
as a personal mentor and guide on a range of topics, and also engaged in real estate transactions, with Tut Bamerkaz.
