Rav Aharon Herskovitz
                          Jewish Agency Youth Movement Shaliach
                          for Bnei Akiva

Rabbi Herskovitz grew up mostly in America, with one-year stints
in Israel and England. He made Aliyah after high school, attended
Yeshivat Har Etzion and served in the army as a tank gunner as part
of the hesder program. He then studied for rabbinic ordination
while completing a BA and MA in Clinical and Educational
Psychology at Bar Ilan University and Hebrew University. He is
                          married and has two children.

Can We Really Change? A Jewish and Psychological
                          Approach
Many people feel that self-change is impossible. In this talk, we'll
examine the difficulties involved in change, as well as different
Jewish and psychological tools that can help us actually achieve
                          desired change.

                          Jewish Leadership in the Bible
Throughout the Bible, we're presented with a long list of impressive
(and not so impressive) leaders. In this session, we examine models
and attributes of these leaders and try to learn from them about
                          what makes a good leader.
