PARTNERSHIP2GETHER: THE JEWISH AGENCY PEOPLEHOOD PLATFORM
Through Partnership2Gether (P2G), your community can be matched with an Israeli one; through this “sister city”-
style platform, The Jewish Agency will help you build multiple pathways to create enduring relationships between
individuals and families across the miles. By sharing hands-on projects, visiting each other, and creating opportunities
for personal interaction, you will help your community understand Israel through the lens of new Israeli friends and the
successes and challenges of a particular Israeli community. Partnership2Gether helps Israelis understand Jewish life in
the Diaspora, and helps communities like yours turn Israel from an abstract concept to a tangible reality.
The Global School Twinning Network matches Hebrew schools and Jewish Day Schools in Jewish communities with
“twin” schools in Israel, based on students’ ages and communal values. The children or teens share projects, meet virtually
in the classroom and on social media, visit each other, and build life-long friendships. The Jewish Agency provides
teacher-training, curricular material, and other support. In many cases, school twinning is integrated into a community-
wide P2G relationship. A growing number of twinnings are taking place outside of P2G in Latin America, Europe,
and the Former Soviet Union. New curricula available in STEM and STEAM subjects enrich local Jewish Day School
education while highlighting Israel as a world leader in high-tech.
