benefit of children- and youth-at-risk, alongside The Jewish Agency programs. This year, the
company is marking the fourth cycle of the "One on One" four-year mentoring program to guide
youth-at-risk from their last year at the youth village through their military service to independent
lives, a program highly valued and supported by both the Ministry of Education and the IDF.

Youth are Israel's future and they have tremendous capabilities if properly nourished. To see the
results of the caring and hard work of the company's staff and volunteers is extremely rewarding.
